These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the Relief Referral Program offered by Relief Technologies Inc. (“Relief”). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms.

Referral Program

Eligible Relief members may refer friends to Relief using their personal and unique referral link or referral code.

For each qualifying referral, the eligible referring member will receive one eligible month of their Relief subscription at no charge, subject to the requirements below.

Eligible Referrers

To participate in the Referral Program, the referring member must:

• Have an active Relief account in good standing at the time the referral reward is earned; and
• Use the personal referral link or referral code provided by Relief.

Relief reserves the right to determine eligibility for participation in the Referral Program.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only when all of the following requirements are met:

• The referred individual is a new Relief user. A new user is someone who has not previously registered for Relief using the same or substantially similar identifying information, including their email address, phone number, social security number or ITIN.
• The referred individual uses the Eligible Referrer’s personal referral link or referral code when registering or subscribing.
• The referred individual successfully completes a paid Relief subscription and the applicable subscription payment is successfully processed.
• The referred subscription remains eligible through Relief’s referral verification process.

Only one referral reward may be earned for each new referred user.

A referral will not qualify if the referred individual already has or previously had a Relief account, fails to use the applicable referral link or code, or has already been attributed to another referral.

Referral Verification

Referral eligibility may take up to 48 hours after the referred individual’s successful subscription payment to verify.

A referral reward is not earned, approved, or confirmed at the time of subscription or payment. The reward is earned only after Relief completes its verification process and confirms that all Referral Program requirements have been satisfied.

Subscriptions or payments that are canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible before referral verification is completed will not qualify for a referral reward.

Relief reserves the right to review and verify referral activity before issuing any reward.

Referral Reward

Once a qualifying referral has been verified, the Eligible Referrer will receive one eligible month of their Relief subscription at no charge.

The reward will be applied to the Eligible Referrer’s next eligible subscription billing period.

Referral rewards:

• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
• Cannot be applied Relief upgraded features;
• Cannot be transferred to another person or account; and
• May only be applied to an eligible Relief subscription.

If the referring member does not have an active eligible subscription when the reward would otherwise be applied, Relief may determine how or whether the reward may be redeemed.

Personal Referrals Only

Referral links and referral codes are provided for personal referrals only.

Each person referred should be someone with whom the Eligible Referrer has a direct or personal relationship or someone the Eligible Referrer personally believes may benefit from Relief.

Referral links or codes may not be distributed through mass solicitation or used for commercial promotion.

Without limitation, referral links and codes may not be:

• Posted on coupon, promo code, discount, deal, cashback, rebate, or referral-aggregation websites;
• Submitted to websites, apps, browser extensions, forums, databases, groups, or services primarily designed to collect or distribute promotional or referral codes;
• Distributed through mass email, unsolicited messages, spam, or automated messaging;
• Promoted through paid search, paid social media, sponsored advertisements, or other paid advertising unless with written permission;
• Used to purchase internet search terms containing Relief’s name, trademarks, products, or services;
• Represented as an official Relief coupon, public discount, promotion, or offer;
• Sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for money or other compensation; or
• Used for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated accounts, or accounts created or controlled by the referring member.

Relief will not honor referral rewards generated through prohibited distribution or solicitation methods.

Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

Relief reserves the right to review and investigate referral activity and to disqualify any person or referral that Relief reasonably determines:

• Violates these Referral Program Terms;
• Is fraudulent, abusive, artificial, misleading, or manipulative;
• Results from prohibited public distribution or solicitation;
• Involves self-referral or duplicate accounts;
• Attempts to circumvent Referral Program requirements; or
• Is otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Referral Program.

Relief may withhold, revoke, or cancel referral rewards associated with ineligible or prohibited activity.

Privacy

To protect the privacy of referred individuals, Relief will not provide a referring member with information regarding a referred individual’s Relief account, subscription status, eligibility, payment information, personal information, or other account details except as necessary to communicate whether a referral reward has been earned.

Participation in the Referral Program may allow the referring member and referred individual to become aware that the other has interacted with Relief.

Referral Limits

Relief may limit the number of referral rewards that may be earned or redeemed by any member during a specified period.

Any applicable referral limits will be disclosed in connection with the Referral Program or applicable promotional campaign.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or other similar relationship between the participant and Relief.

Participants are not authorized to make representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Relief.

Program Changes and Termination

Relief reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or these Referral Program Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

Relief also reserves the right to change reward amounts, eligibility requirements, referral limits, verification procedures, or other Program requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, changes will not affect referral rewards that Relief has already verified and confirmed.

Additional Terms

Additional terms, eligibility requirements, limitations, or promotional conditions may apply to individual referral campaigns.

If campaign-specific terms conflict with these Referral Program Terms, Relief will determine which terms govern as permitted by applicable law.
